1. Return and Exchange Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Returns or exchanges requested beyond this period may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Free from alterations, damages, or signs of wear.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process:

a. Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

b. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

c. Securely package the item with its original packaging, tags, and any accompanying documents.

d. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package and use the provided return shipping label, if applicable.

e. Ship the package to the designated return address provided by our customer service team.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error made by us.

4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., different size, color, or style):

  • Follow the return process as outlined above.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you promptly.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

6. International Returns & Exchanges

For international returns and exchanges, please contact our customer service team. Please be aware that additional shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes may apply.
